Below are the main instructions that will allow you to install the cylinder head on the engine block of the Peugeot 206. In this case, the installation of the cylinder head is carried out with the engine block removed from the chassis; after replacing the cylinder head gasket, insert it and secure it with all the screws.

At this point, correctly adjust the valve clearance and camshaft, reassembling the timing belt and timing the engine; finally, reassemble the cylinder head cover with the new gasket, following the video tutorial to the end!
