How to Reset the Service Light on a Peugeot 206+

To reset the service light on a Peugeot 206+, start by turning on the ignition without starting the engine and note that a spanner icon appears with the mileage for the service. Next, turn off the ignition and proceed to reset it; press and hold both buttons on the instrument cluster (to the right of the rev counter and to the left of the speedometer) while simultaneously turning on the ignition without starting the engine. Watch for a countdown to appear; when the countdown reaches zero, you can release the buttons and turn off the ignition. Finally, turn it back on and check that the new mileage for the next service appears along with the spanner icon.
