How to Install Boot Gas Struts on a Peugeot 207

In this video, you will see how to install gas struts on the rear boot of a Peugeot 207. You can find the parts on various e-commerce sites. For example, check eBay with the code 284135244051; they cost £19.80, including shipping. To remove the old struts, take off the clips at the top and bottom that hold the joints. Once the clip is removed, the strut will come off, and do the same for the lower one. To install the new strut, it already has its retaining clip, so simply slot it in at the top and bottom, and the installation is complete. Repeat the process on the other side.
