Operation: What is the fuse layout of the Peugeot 408?

In this video, we can see where the fuse boxes of the Peugeot 408 are located and what their respective diagrams are, which is useful in case we need to check the fuses of a malfunctioning device. We find the first box inside the passenger compartment, behind the small storage compartment located in the lower area of the dashboard, on the driver's side. The second box is instead positioned inside the engine compartment, protected by the black plastic cover located behind the left headlight. In case of a blown fuse, make sure to use a replacement with equivalent specifications.

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat.
