Where is and how to reach the fuse box of a Peugeot 408?

The fuse box of a Peugeot 408 is located in the engine compartment. To reach it, start by opening the vehicle's hood by pulling the hood release lever located inside the car, usually near the left side of the dashboard. Once the hood is open, locate the fuse box which is usually on the right side of the engine compartment, near the battery or along the edge of the engine compartment. The fuse box is covered by a plastic cover. To access it, release the clips or screws that hold the cover in place and remove it. Inside, you will find the fuses organized and ready to be inspected or replaced as needed. Make sure to consult the owner's manual to identify the specific location and function of each fuse.
