In order to replace the cylinder of the Piaggio Zip, you need to loosen the screws that secure the engine block to its housing, so that it can be completely freed: once the block is released, you can loosen the screws that secure the cylinder to its top in order to detach it completely. After removal, you can place the new cylinder on its housing, so that it can be secured and check that everything works; after installing the cylinder, you will need to reassemble the engine on its housing.
