In order to replace the piston on the Piaggio Zip, you need to loosen the screws that secure the cylinder to the top of the engine block: once the fixing screws have been loosened, you can proceed by disconnecting the coil and removing the spark plug located inside it. Once the cylinder can be removed, you can widen the clamp that connects the piston to the connecting rod: in this way you can insert the new piston in place of the old one, then reinsert the cylinder and check that everything is functioning properly.
