To replace the piston on the Piaggio Zip, you need to loosen the screws that secure the engine block within its housing. Once this is removed, you can proceed to loosen the screws that hold the cylinder at the top of the engine block. This will allow you to remove it and locate the piston inside. The piston can be detached from the connecting rod by removing the locking ring and sliding out the appropriate pin. This way, you can insert the new piston into its seat and reassemble all the components removed earlier.
