In this tutorial, you will learn how to dismantle the front fork on the Piaggio Ciao 50 cc, as well as on the Si, Bravo, and Garelli. First, place the central stand and start by removing the front light by unscrewing the two screws of the light unit; then remove the grips and various cables from the handlebars, as illustrated in the video. Next, dismantle the front wheel by unscrewing the nuts; then loosen the upper cotter pin of the fork. Now remove the nut and the small bearing and slide the fork downwards to remove it!
