In today's tutorial video, you will learn how to remove and replace the rollers in the variator of the Piaggio Beverly 500 scooter, in simple and quick steps. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws on the transmission cover on the left side; then unscrew the central nut of the fan and clutch bell, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the drive belt and then the variator, replacing the rollers found inside; then reassemble everything, following the video until the end!
