To remove the rear wheel of the Vespa GTS 250, use a 5 mm socket to undo the bolt of the exhaust clamp, then use a 6 mm socket to undo the bolt at the bottom of the exhaust and with an Allen key, remove the two upper bolts of the exhaust, taking it off. Using pliers, remove the circlip that holds the bolt cover of the rear casing, also removing the bolt cover. With an Allen key, undo the two bolts on the right side of the casing. Use a socket to undo the nut of the rear shock absorber. Take a strap and hold the rear brake lever pulled so that the rear wheel does not turn, then use a socket to undo the wheel hub bolt. With an Allen key, undo the five bolts that hold the wheel to the hub and remove it. To refit the wheel, follow the reverse procedure of removal.
