In this tutorial, you will learn how to remove and replace the rear brake shoes of the Piaggio Liberty 125 scooter. First, place your scooter on the centre stand and start by removing the rear wheel by unscrewing the bolts on the rim; then remove the wheel drum to access the brake shoes, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect the spring to remove and replace the shoes with new ones of the correct type; check the wear condition of the drum and refit the new brakes by applying the reverse procedure!
