To adjust the ignition points on a Piaggio Ciao, first remove the spark plug from the top of the engine cylinder. Once the spark plug is removed, detach the side cover and use a puller to remove the flywheel underneath. At this point, the underlying point can be adjusted by inserting a feeler gauge into its opening and tightening the screw that regulates its movement; once the point is adjusted, you can reassemble all the components that were removed.
