To change the engine oil on the Piaggio Medley 125, loosen the drain plug of the oil tank, located at the bottom of the scooter. Once the drain plug is loosened, you can collect all the used oil in a suitably positioned container. At this point, you can also remove the oil filter, which is also located at the bottom of the scooter. Then, on the right side of the scooter, near the exhaust, you will find the breather where you can insert the new oil for topping up.
