To replace the engine oil of the Piaggio Medley 125, you will need to loosen the drain plug of the oil sump, located in the central lower part of the motorcycle: once the plug has been removed, you can collect the used oil inside a properly positioned container.

Then you can remove the oil filter from its seat in order to insert the new one; after the replacement, you will need to top up the oil. You will need to pour the necessary amount of oil into the tank for filling purposes: the breather will be located on the right side of the vehicle.
