To change the engine oil on the Piaggio MP3 400, loosen the drain plug of the oil reservoir and position a container directly underneath: the drain plug is located at the bottom right of the scooter. Also at the bottom of the vehicle, but on the left side, you will find the oil filter, which needs to be removed and replaced with a new spare part.

After replacing the filter, top up the oil by pouring it through the breather located on the right side of the scooter, just above the exhaust outlet.
