How do you replace the battery of the Porsche Taycan remote control?

In order to replace the battery of the Porsche Taycan remote control, you need to remove the key from the top of the device so that you can lever inside its housing: by doing so, you will be able to detach the two panels located on the sides of the remote control in order to locate the underlying battery. The battery can now be removed from its housing in order to replace it with a new spare part; after replacement, you can close the remote control and verify that everything is functioning correctly.
