How to Remove and Install the Power Window Regulator on a Porsche Cayenne

In this video, we will see how to access the window regulator mechanism on the Porsche Cayenne (the same mechanism is used for the Volkswagen Touareg). First, unscrew the two screws inside the door panel. Then remove the screws that hold the trim panel in place. There are nine screws. On the other side of the door panel, you will find two more screws to remove. You can now take off the panel. Behind it, install the window regulator mechanism, securing it with rivets in the designated points, as shown in the video. You can find the mechanism on Fixycar, code 95554246204, for $33.03 plus unspecified shipping costs. Once the mechanism is installed, mount the glass in the appropriate guides. Secure the wiring and reattach the panel in reverse order: the two screws on the inside, the nine screws for the panel, and the two screws on the outside, also connecting the electric motor.
