How to disassemble the car stereo of the Dodge RAM 2500 Mk4

The guide shows how to disassemble the Dodge RAM 2500 Mk4 car radio. The first operation to perform is to remove the two Torx T20 screws located in the upper glove box. Unscrew the other Torx screw located in the small glove box in the center console and, with a lever for plastics, remove the finishing faceplate of the car radio by levering the sides and checking if the fixing clips are still attached to the faceplate. At this point it is possible to remove the electrical connectors and remove the cover. Unscrew the four 7mm bolts to extract the module. Disconnect the electric cables and remove the car radio.

How to Remove the Original Radio on a Ford C Max

Learn how to remove the original radio on a Ford C Max. First, use a plastic trim tool to remove the upper dashboard cover panel, then, with the aid of a screwdriver, unscrew the securing screws located on the metal tabs at the top sides of the stereo. Now, pull the air vents with the integrated frame away from the dashboard, unscrew the side securing screws of the stereo, disconnect the various power connectors located at the rear of the stereo and the antenna reception cable, and extract the radio from its housing.
