How to change the cabin filter of the Renault Modus

To prevent dust and dirt from entering the ventilation system of the Renault Modus, there is a special filter installed on the intake. This filter must be replaced periodically, and to do so, we position ourselves in the place of the front passenger. Under the dashboard, at the end of the central tunnel, there is a white plastic cover. By opening it, we can remove the old filter, which is directly connected to the cover itself. In its place, we insert a new filter, choosing one with activated charcoal for the best filtering power. To facilitate insertion, we tighten the long sides, and finally we lock the cover.
