How to Remove the Dashboard of a Renault Modus

To remove the dashboard of a Renault Modus, you will need a flat-head screwdriver or any other thin but sturdy tool to lever with. Start by inserting the flat-head screwdriver at the bottom right of the dashboard, in the gap between the dashboard and its housing, applying slight force and levering. Once you manage to insert the screwdriver into the gap, gently slide it around the perimeter. By doing this, you will have released all the clips holding the dashboard. However, before you can remove it completely, you must disconnect the plug for the hazard light switch from the dashboard. Once this step is completed, you will have finished the removal.
