How to Remove the Steering Wheel from a Renault Modus

Model: Renault Modus MK 1 - Years 2004-2013

Sit in the driver's seat of your Renault Modus. Next, unscrew and remove the screws securing the airbag to the steering wheel. Once done, extract and disconnect the corresponding electrical connector, then unscrew and remove the central nut that secures the steering wheel to the steering column. This will free the steering wheel. Proceed by disengaging and pulling the steering wheel off the steering column. After removing the steering wheel from your Renault Modus, the disassembly will be correctly concluded, and you can proceed to fit the new steering wheel.
