Do the gas springs of our Scenic need to be replaced? How do they disassemble and how do they reassemble? Let's see in this video how to replace the springs on a Renault Scenic tailgate. Lift the tailgate and put it in safety, with a socket wrench remove the tightening screws placed on the two sides of the rear lights. We remove the headlights from the car body and disconnect the power supply clamps, detach the worn piston from both ends and mount the new piece. We put the piston in safety with the metal clips. We proceed in the same way for the disassembly / assembly of the twin piston. Finally we reassemble the two rear lights and test the previously mounted gas springs.

How to program the remote control of the Citroen C3?

To program the remote control of the Citroen C3 there is no need to use special instruments. To begin with, we enter the passenger compartment of our car from the driver's side and, after closing the windows and doors, you can insert the key and turn on the ignition (but not the engine!). At this point, the top button on the remote control must be pressed for at least 3 seconds. After these few seconds, we must turn off the ignition, remove the key and press the last button on the remote control for at least three seconds. We just programmed our remote!
