How to change the automatic windshield wiper to manual on the Renault Megane IV

In this video we see how to change the setting of the Renault Megane IV wipers from automatic to manual: some equipment indicated at the beginning of the video is needed: locate our EOBD port located under the dashboard, to the left of the steering wheel and connect our OBD2, and connect with the laptop through the DDT4ALL program, scan all the control units; turn on the ignition, put it in 1st gear and hold down the start button, without pressing any pedals, until the message appears: long press on "start", allowing the ignition to remain on. The control unit we are interested in is the CMF1_BCM_DDT_10; click on it and in the lower window scroll down to "front Wiper", click on "configuration": on the right side there are data with values: we are interested in AUTO_WIPE_CF you put it on "false" and you will have the wipers in manual mode and confirm with "send". Confirm everything by pressing the Einstein face in the top left corner.
