Steering Replacement on Megane

Model: Renault Megane Megane 4, Megane IV - Years 2015-2023

Replace the steering on a Megane. Before removing the steering, disconnect the airbag. Insert a screwdriver into the cover of the steering wheel (rear of the wheel). Once the airbag is detached (driver's side), disconnect the power connectors and remove it from the steering wheel. Unscrew the central bolt that secures the steering to the column (remove the steering at the end of disassembly). Fit the new steering onto the column, and tighten the securing bolts. Reconnect the power connectors, then press the airbag back onto the steering wheel and secure the driver's airbag.
