Today we will explain how to replace the gear knob of the Renault Captur. To carry out the replacement, we must lift the gear lever boot at the base of the gear lever inside a plastic cover that will be removed using a flat-head screwdriver. After removing the boot, unscrew the clamp between the knob and the boot of the gear lever. Once the locking clamp is removed, pull the knob outwards with force to remove it. Insert the new boot into the gear lever and immediately after insert the new knob, which will be locked at the base of the boot with the clamp.
