To change the spark plugs on this Renault Modus, after opening the bonnet, you need to remove the windscreen frame with a Torx T20 screwdriver: unscrew the 4 screws of the frame and take it off. Then, remove the air box by unscrewing the 4 screws of the lower frame and taking it out. Using a star screwdriver, unscrew the clamping ring of the air duct, then remove the flexible pipe, lift the air box, and take out the air box and the intake duct. Now you can access the spark plugs: disconnect the coil power supply and remove it. Clean the spark plug housing with a vacuum cleaner to which you connect a thin plastic tube. Loosen the spark plug with a 14mm socket and then unscrew it by hand. You can find the 4 spark plugs on Amazon with code B0DDYHNQYQ at a price of £45.00, with free delivery. Insert it into its housing by screwing it in by hand and then tightening it with the socket. Refit the coil, reconnect the cables, reassemble the air box, the intake duct, the flexible pipe, tighten the clamping ring, and reassemble the lower frame with the 4 screws and the windscreen frame with the 4 screws. Job done.
