Let's see how to resolve the issue with the infotainment system not working on a Renault Kadjar: it presents these symptoms: frozen screen, no audio, Bluetooth issues, and non-functioning software. The first attempt to make is a soft reset: hold down the "power" button for 10 seconds, and perform an automatic system restart: no settings will be lost.

If this does not work, we need to proceed to a hard reset by disconnecting the negative terminal of the battery for 15 minutes, then reconnecting and restarting. We will need to reset the clock and preferences and reconnect the Bluetooth.

Check for firmware updates by downloading them from the Renault website and installing them via USB stick. The main causes of the 'frozen' screen are software crashes, limited hardware in models prior to 2018, and overheating; if the audio is absent, the issue may stem from faulty audio drivers or corrupted connections.
