Start by mounting the base, and tighten the five screws provided with a Torx spanner: to avoid over-tightening the plastic, start by hand; then connect the armrest to the base, aligning the armrest hole with the base hole. Insert and tighten the cross screw through the hole to secure the armrest to its support. For installation in the vehicle (not described in the video), remove the plastic cover where the armrest will be placed: underneath, you will find the pre-threaded holes provided by the manufacturer for mounting.
