You can replace the air filter of the Renault 19 by opening the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: at the bottom right of the bay, you will find the intake, which must be disconnected by loosening the screws that secure the hose. At this point, you can lift it to locate the air filter underneath: this can now be extracted from its housing to fit the new one. You will then need to reposition the intake to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
