How to Locate the Fuse Boxes in a Renault Vel Satis

In a Renault Vel Satis, the main fuse boxes are located in three distinct points of the car, both inside the cabin and in the engine compartment. The first internal box is on the left side of the dashboard, near the driver's door; to access it, you need to remove the plastic cover that protects the fuses, which manage most of the electrical circuits in the cabin, such as interior lights, controls, and accessories. A second group of fuses is located in the centre console, under the glove compartment or near the cigarette lighter. The third box is in the engine compartment, on the left side near the battery; it is enclosed by a plastic cover and contains the main fuses and relays that protect the power circuits and engine components.
