Here is the procedure for removing the dashboard from a Renault Master III, Opel/Vauxhall Movano B, Nissan NV400. Before starting, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Begin by removing the upper glove compartments (pull them out by hand), then unscrew the passenger side glove compartment (4 T20 screws inside the compartment and 2 underneath).

To remove the central section with the cup holder, there are 2 T20 screws on each side: pull out the insert and disconnect the cigarette lighter wire. Remove the panel under the steering wheel, then the light grey panel above the glove compartment with 1 T20 screw, remove the radio by prying it from the sunglasses holder above and pushing it from behind to release it; disconnect the 4 connectors, unscrew the 6 screws around it, and disconnect the climate control connectors.

Remove the instrument cluster trim (there is also a connector to disconnect here), and remove the side panels of the pillars. Now remove the steering column by taking off the 12 mm nut at the bottom and the 4 other 12 mm nuts securing the column.

Pry off the side covers of the dashboard and finally remove the last 12 T20 screws found where the covers were, where the panel was, where the climate control was, and scattered around. Now lift the dashboard, which should come out as a whole.

How to Remove the Toll Tag Holder from the Car Windscreen

The toll tag holder is usually attached to the car windscreen to ensure that the toll tag functions immediately when passing through barriers. However, if you decide to remove the holder, you should follow this procedure: - Insert the toll tag into the holder; - Pull the holder inwards to detach it from the windscreen; you can use a glass scraper or a stiff plastic card to assist you; After removing the holder, it is essential to remove the adhesive from the windscreen. To remove the adhesive, we recommend using a solvent-based spray that will remove the glue without clouding the area.
