Today we will explain how to open the bonnet of the Renault Clio IV produced from 2012 to 2019. Park the vehicle on a flat area and before getting out of the car, pull the bonnet release lever located under the steering wheel, on the lower left side of the dashboard.

Pulling the release lever will unlock the bonnet.

However, to fully open the bonnet, it is necessary to disengage the internal latch. Insert your hand inside the semi-open bonnet to move the lever to the right and fully open the bonnet.

By inserting the support rod, you will prevent the bonnet from closing.
