To replace the gear oil on a Renault Clio, lift the car using a ramp or jack to remove the plastic cover of the lower components by loosening the appropriate screws. Once these are loosened, unscrew the drain plug of the gear oil and collect the oil in a container until it is fully drained. Once all the oil is removed, insert the new oil by accessing the engine bay and inserting a tube into the designated opening. After replacing the oil, close the reservoir with its cap.
