How to reset the oil warning light on the Renault Scenic

Model: Renault Scenic MK 2, Scenic 2 - Years 2003-2009
Part: Service warning light

Resetting the service warning light on your Renault Scenic is really simple and requires just three steps. First, insert the card and press the "Start / Stop" button so that only the vehicle ignition is turned on (do not start the engine as well). Then press the button located at the right end of the steering wheel lever several times until the oil change item appears on the on-board computer display. Finally, hold the same button down for about five seconds. When finished, release it and turn off the ignition. The reset of the indicator is completed successfully.
