Operation: How to change the crankshaft pulley

The function of the crankshaft pulley is to guide the belt and absorb the resonance generated by a vehicle's engine. The crankshaft pulley is fixed to the engine by means of a bolt which must be unscrewed. Once this is done, before removing the bolt, the air compressor is switched on and you have to wait for it to recharge. The crankshaft pulley must be removed by fixing the arms with the supplied screws which must be tightened well. Finally, the hub of the old pulley must be cleaned of rust, before installing the new pulley which will be installed by fixing the bolt again in the center of the crankshaft.
