To proceed, open the bonnet and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, then locate the exact position of the starter motor. Once the car is lifted with a jack, identify all the connections of the starter motor and disconnect them.

Then position the new starter motor and secure it tightly, remembering to clean the terminals.
