How to Remove the Battery from a Renault Captur

Leave the bonnet open, lock the car, and wait for about 5 minutes. Now open the bonnet and proceed. Remove the two plastic covers on top by releasing the clips from their seats. Now release the earth cable with a 10mm spanner. Then disconnect the positive cable. Unscrew the two screws with a cross-head screwdriver. You can now remove the battery from its location. For replacement, use one of the same type (12V - 70 Ah). Now proceed with reassembly in the same manner as you dismantled the previous one. Close the bonnet and the operation will be complete.
