Replacement of Cabin Air Filter

Model: Renault Scenic MK 2, Scenic 2 - Years 2003-2009
Part: Cabin air filter

Obtain a pollen filter of the same model identical to the original. The pollen filter purifies the air in the cabin and is located in the engine compartment under the windscreen. To access it, remove the cover using a screwdriver. Unscrew the three screws and lift off the cover. Remove the two plastic caps that hide the screws of the cover and unscrew them. Unclip the two side springs of the filter, then carefully pull the filter out of its housing to avoid dust dispersal. Clean the inside of the housing with a vacuum cleaner. Reinsert the new filter into the housing, ensuring correct orientation, and refit the cover with the clips, then reattach the covers.
