The replacement of the cabin air filter on this model of car is not an immediate operation as the filter is located just behind the central console of the dashboard and in order to reach it, the glove compartment must be removed; start by unhooking the molding that covers the central strip of the dashboard to access the underlying screws that secure the glove box; to reach the other screws, remove the dashboard side cover where the passenger airbag deactivation control is located and the door pillar trim; once the storage compartment has been removed, move the tube that passes right in front of the filter container cap and then remove the cap, extract the old filter and insert the new one; therefore proceed backwards to reassemble everything.
