This guide shows the emergency steps to open the stuck rear boot lid of a Renault Clio in case of a lock failure. First, open the rear doors and start reclining the backrests to access the inside of the rear boot lid. Then, use a thin, pointed lever, such as a flat screwdriver, and pry on the lock pin to manually release the boot closure, as shown in the video.

At this point, open the rear boot lid and carry out the repair of the boot closure!

How to Activate the Disabled TRC on the Toyota Yaris?

As the video clearly shows, disabling or activating the traction control (TRC or ESP) on the Toyota Yaris is very simple. By default, the traction system activates every time the vehicle is started. To disable it, simply press the button depicting a skidding car located in the centre of the vehicle where the controls are, such as the hazard lights and the radio, but near the handbrake.
