How to open the boot of the Renault Clio in case of emergency

When the lock of the Renault Clio model 2 needs to be replaced, it is necessary to access it from inside the vehicle to open the trunk. We then get on board the vehicle and recline the rear seats in order to have access to the trunk. With a Torx screwdriver, we unscrew the screws of the panel and once removed, we move the lock with a flat-head screwdriver to unlock it. Once the lock is unlocked, we can remove it by disconnecting the connector and then unscrewing the screws. We remove the rust around the area and install a new lock. Then we mount the panel and close the trunk, making sure to lift the seat backs before doing so.
