Window Lift System Repair

Model: Saab 9 5 MK 1, Ys3e - Years 1997-2010
Part: Power window motor

First, remove the door panel by taking off the seal along the door pillar; then unscrew the panel fixing screws, release the clips, and disconnect the connectors. Peel back the soundproofing material, being careful not to tear it. Next, remove the glass and slide the sliders out of the guides to replace them with new ones. Reinsert the glass, fitting the sliders into the window regulator brackets and inserting the corresponding fixing clips. Then, reattach the soundproofing panel and refit the door panel.
