This tutorial shows how to programme a new remote for a Seat Ibiza, a very simple and quick operation. You will obviously need a working key; otherwise, you won't be able to open the doors.

First, enter the cabin using the working key, then insert the new key, turn it to the second position, and remove it quickly. Next, press the door unlock button three times in succession, and if the procedure is done correctly, the locks will close and then reopen.
