How do you reset the Service light on a Seat Altea?

Model: Seat Altea MK 1 - Years 2004-2015

The procedure to reset the Service light displayed on the instrument panel of the Seat Altea can be performed by holding down the TRIP button located at the bottom of the instrument panel while it is off: by continuing to hold it down, you can insert the ignition key into the ignition switch and turn it to start the instrument panel. Once it is on, you can release the button and then turn it clockwise: by doing this, you will notice that the light has disappeared from the panel, which can now also be completely turned off.
