How to Remove the Seats from the Seat Alhambra/Volkswagen Sharan

Removing the seats from the Seat Alhambra (and its twin, the Volkswagen Sharan) requires careful attention to the fixings and connectors. For each seat, locate the four Torx T40 bolts that secure it to the floor: two at the front and two at the rear. Undo them with an appropriate socket wrench. Before extracting the seat, unclip the side plastic cover that hides the electrical connectors (heating, sensors). Gently pull the plastic to detach it, then press the connector's latch to disconnect it. The seat is now free and can be removed. To refit, proceed in reverse order: reconnect the connector, reposition the plastic cover, insert the seat, and tighten the four Torx T40 bolts. This procedure is valid for both models.
