In order to disassemble the Sherco 300 engine, you need to loosen the screws that fix it to the housing in the center of the frame, also disconnecting all the sensor cables and loosening the screws that fix the manifolds. Once the engine block has been released, you can proceed by loosening the cylinder fixing screws to access the piston inside. This can be detached from the connecting rod by removing the corresponding ring, and then you can access the crankshaft to replace all the necessary components.
