To replace the clutch on a Sherco 290 Trial, loosen the bolts securing the cover on the right side of the bike to remove it. Once the cover is off, you can access the underlying components: here you will find the discs that make up the clutch, which must be removed by loosening their securing bolts. Once the bolts are removed, you can slide all the clutch discs out of their housing and insert the new discs that make up the clutch.
