How do you replace the convertible top of the Smart 451?

In order to replace the hood of the Smart 451, you need to detach the rivets located at the front of the hood, at the top of the windshield: once these rivets have been removed, it will be possible to lower the old hood completely by disconnecting the hooks at the base of the rear part. Once the old hood has been removed, you can insert the new one by connecting the rivets at the front and rear, making sure that the hood moves correctly.
