In this guide, we will see the instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the radiator of the Smart Fortwo. First, let's open the front hood of the vehicle and start disassembling and removing the front bumper by unscrewing all the fastening screws; then we also remove the front headlights by disconnecting the electrical connectors of the lights, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the front frame to access the radiator, disconnecting the coolant hoses; we unscrew the screws of the brackets to remove and replace the radiator with the new one, reassembling everything!
